Shipping

We courier daily from our Paarden Eiland office in Cape Town. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order is processed. Delivery takes 1–3 business days, or 3–4 for rural areas.

Free Shipping on Orders Over R500
We offer free shipping for orders over R500. For orders under R500, we kindly ask for a R60 contribution — we cover the rest.

Product not right Returns
Every SpaZa product is handmade with care but if for some reason, it is not what you expected, please let us know so we can make it right for you.

Returning online orders

We aim to represent our products as accurately as possible on our website. If you’ve ordered the wrong size or need to return an item for any reason, you're welcome to do so within 30 days of placing your order. Please send the item back to our Paarden Eiland office in its original packaging, and include your order number. Once we’ve received your return, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.

In-Store Returns (The Watershed, V&A Waterfront)
If you'd like to return an item purchased at our store in The Watershed, V&A Waterfront, please bring it back in its original packaging along with your receipt within 14 days of purchase. Okhule or Monique will be happy to assist you with your refund.
