Shipping & Returns Policy

We pack and dispatch orders daily (Monday to Thursday) and once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking info.

Your order will be delivered to your door in 1-3 business days or 3-4 business days for rural locations.

Please note: We do not ship on public holidays.

Every SpaZa product is handmade with care but if for some reason, it is not what you expected, please let us know so we can make it right for you. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging, and is done at your own cost.
