Bread Bags

Cotton breathable bread bags are used for storing bread that needs to breath such as baguettes, ciabattas, sourdoughs and very oily seed loaves. The idea is not to keep the bread soft but to rather allow it to dry out so that it can make delicious crunchy toast, croutons or bruschetta.
