How to make a jug of Pink Lemonade.
- Juice some lemons until you have about 1 cup of lemon juice.
- Add 1 cup of cranberry Nectar (Ocean Spray is great) Cranberry juice will work but it won't be as dry and it may add more sweet.
- Fill with cold water.
- Start slow on the sugar - 1 tablespoon - you can always add more. If you are using Xylitol, I recommend starting with 1/3 tablespoon but this is a matter of taste. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Adjust bitter, sweet and dry balance with more lemon, more sugar or more cranberry nectar.
- Serve over ice.
